I am writing to inform you that I will be relocating with my family to Florida and my last day with Women’s Health Specialists will be Friday, March 3, 2023.
I began my practice with Women’s Health Specialists in 2016 and it has been an honor and privilege to provide care to women of the Fox Valley. If there is anything I can do to be of assistance prior to my departure, or if you would like to schedule an appointment, please do not hesitate to call our office.
I encourage you to select a physician with the Women’s Health Specialists team. I have nine board-certified partners that are incredibly talented and compassionate. I am confident that my partners and excellent office staff will continue to provide the high-quality care and service you expect and deserve. Your medical records are maintained and kept confidential at Women’s Health Specialists and you do not need to do anything with them if you stay with our practice. If you do select a physician outside of Women’s Health Specialists, we can transfer your records upon your request by completing a Release of Information form located on our website.
