To our patients – Keeping our patients and staff healthy is our first priority. To achieve this we have taken a number of precautions to make this happen. We have prepared the following frequently asked questions to help guide you:
What should I know before my appointment?
Our front desk staff will contact every patient prior to your scheduled appointment to conduct a health and travel screening.
At our locations, ThedaCare will be screening patients at the front door prior to admittance into the building. This screening includes a series of questions to answer, taking your temperature and giving you a mask to wear. The mask must be worn the entire time you are in our buildings. Many local hospitals are reducing accessible entrances. You will need to enter through the main hospital entrance at our Neenah location and Door 35 in Appleton.
Can I bring others to my appointment?
In an effort to reduce the spread, we are requesting that patients come alone whenever possible. We are allowing a single adult visitor to accompany you as needed for support. If you are unsure if you should bring a visitor, please contact our office to discuss with our staff.
How do I schedule an appointment after my office visit?
In order to reduce traffic and congestion in our waiting rooms, we are asking that all patients call our office to schedule their follow-up appointments. Please call our office at (920) 749-4000 to schedule any appointments.
What do I do if I’m not feeling well?
Contact our office BEFORE arriving for a scheduled appointment if you have ANY of the following:
- fever
- cough
- shortness of breath
- difficulty breathing
- fatigue
- muscle or body aches
- headache

What if I have a question for my doctor?
Please continue to call the office, (920) 749-4000, with your questions. We are available 7 days per week 24 hours per day.

Are surgeries being performed?
We are scheduling and performing elective surgeries. If you have any questions or would like to schedule, please contact our office directly to discuss options.
Are you still administering injections?
Yes, we are giving all necessary injections.
What precautions are you taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
In an effort to prevent the spread, all patients must be wearing a face covering or mask to enter our buildings and must keep them on until they leave the building. All patients will be screened at the entrance to our buildings and their temperature will be taken. We continue to clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces frequently and we have rearranged our waiting room to allow for social distancing. We screen patients by phone when confirming appointments and again on arrival at the office. Our staff wear masks at all times while in the clinic. We are offering all billing, financial consults and scheduling of follow up appointments by phone to limit contact.
What is the visitor policy when I deliver my baby?
Local hospitals where our physicians deliver have implemented new visitor restrictions. Please check with the hospital for their current policy. Some hospitals have canceled all OB-related classes but are offering online options. Please ask at our front desk for this information.
How do I request my medical records?
