Effective 12/31/2021, if you are signed up for a MyThedaCare account, you will receive your billing statements electronically.  An email will be sent, to the email address associated with your MyThedaCare account, notifying you when a statement generates.

If you wish to continue to receive a paper statement, please log into your MyThedaCare account and follow these steps:

  1. Log into your MyThedaCare account
  2. Click Menu
  3. Under the Billing section, click Billing Summary
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to find “If you would like to receive paper statements, you may cancel paperless billing.”  Click on cancel paperless billing.
  5. Click Receive paper statements.
