Effective 12/31/2021, if you are signed up for a MyThedaCare account, you will receive your billing statements electronically. An email will be sent, to the email address associated with your MyThedaCare account, notifying you when a statement generates.
If you wish to continue to receive a paper statement, please log into your MyThedaCare account and follow these steps:
- Log into your MyThedaCare account
- Click Menu
- Under the Billing section, click Billing Summary
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen to find “If you would like to receive paper statements, you may cancel paperless billing.” Click on cancel paperless billing.
- Click Receive paper statements.
