Lisa Urbaniak, APNP, MSN, BSN, WHNP-BC, RN, ADN brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as a Women’s Health Specialist Nurse Practitioner. With a background in the Special Care Nursery and labor and delivery, she understands the importance of being a voice for women and supporting them through the best and worst of times.
She has a special interest in lactation counseling and is currently working towards her menopause certification. Her patients can expect her to take her time to listen to their concerns and get to know them. She wants her patients to feel comfortable before any examination and works with her patients to formulate a plan together. No question goes unanswered with Lisa Urbaniak, MSN.

Lisa Urbaniak, APNP has lived in the Fox Valley for over 20 years with her husband, six children, and cats. She tries to spend as much time as possible outside gardening, camping, and reading. Outside of these, the rest of her free time is wrapped up in spending time with her family and traveling.
